HOW TO USE THEM & THINGS TO REMEMBER
Dilution: Some oils are “hot” and need to be diluted using a pure, organic carrier oil. Some favorites are Olive oil, Avocado oil, or cold pressed coconut oil.
Detox: it is super normal when you first start using oils to experience mild detox! If you have any irritation on your skin, use more carrier oil. If you have slight headaches, drink water and use peppermint ;) this isn’t harmful I promise. The oils are working to do their jobs and clean up all the toxins in your body!!

Early/Often: you’ll hear us say to use oils “early and often” to see the most benefit! This means that using oils 3-4x a day to start is a good rule of thumb. Using them every once in awhile might smell great, but wont give you the benefits oils can really give. Especially if you’re starting to feel something come on, early and often it is! Use those oils friend! They work best on your body, not on a shelf 😉.
